Cream puffs

Ingredients:

•1 stick of butter (8 tablespoons)

•1 cup of water

•1 teaspoon vanilla

•4 eggs

•1c of flour

+MOM’S FAMOUS FILLER:

•1 liter heavy cream

•1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding

•⅓ cup of milk

Preparation:

Bring  butter, water also vanilla to boil.

Adding flour also stirring constantly to  it comes out of the sides of the pan and forms a ball.

Remove also cool.

Beat 4 eggs,  at a time, to smooth.

Placing  by T. on baking sheets lined with parchment paper

Bake at 400 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

LET COOL.

Cutting in half also poach or pour in mom’s filling.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Filling:

Beat cream, pudding powder and milk in mixer until thick like whipped cream!
