Slow Cooker Lasagna

Delicious layers of noodles, sauce and melted cheese cooked to perfection in a clay pot! Just 10 minutes of prep time makes this easy slow cooker lasagna recipe perfect for busy weekends. Sure to be a family favorite!

Crockpot lasagna is super easy and a meal that everyone in my family loves. Don’t get me wrong, this might not taste as authentic as a real classic Italian lasagna, but it’s perfect for busy nights and you want to throw something in the slow cooker before the kids get home. the House. 

This easy slow cooker lasagna only takes 10 minutes to prepare and the slow cooker does the rest of the work! It is not necessary to boil the pasta before adding it to the pot. It’s as easy as lasagna soup in a slow cooker and is sure to become a staple in your dinner rotation.

Sometimes we like to add veggies to the meat mixture, like with this Chicken Alfredo Lasagna recipe, or serve it with green beans, corn, broccoli, or a side salad.

This lasagna is also very good with a hot baguette or garlic bread. So easy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

°1 pound ground beef

+lasagna

°1 jar of spaghetti sauce

°1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

°1 1/2 c mozzarella cheese

°2 tsp grated parmesan

Preparation:

Ground meat brown and dried.

Pour 1 c spaghetti sauce to bottom of 4-quart slow cooker.

Stir in the rest of beef sauce.

Place 2 uncooked lasagna sheets on sauce in slow cooker.

Spreading one-third of the meat mix over the noodles.

Spreading 3/4 c cottage cheese on the meat.

Sprinkling ½ c mozzarella cheese on cottage cheese.

Adding other layer uncooked noodles, 1/3 of the rest meat also cheese mixture and 1/2 c of mozzarella.

Adding another layer uncooked noodles, meat mix and mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkling with parmesan.

Simmer for 4 h.

If the cook time were longer, cheese would be cook slightly better.
